Project Manager (Electrical) /M&E @Central

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure are completed on time & within budget.
• Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Lead a teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• A contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all M&E work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions
• Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Min at least 5 years of Project Management in M&E and involved in Data Centre projects.
