Client Campaign Lead – Direct Marketing & Events

About the Role

As a Client Campaign Lead, you will act as the direct liaison between our major client portfolio and consumer audiences. You will lead on-site activations, execute promotional roadshows, and drive direct customer engagement strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute interactive direct marketing campaigns and roadshow activations.

• Deliver articulate, persuasive brand pitches to prospective customers in live event settings.

• Identify customer needs and deliver customized product/service offerings to close acquisitions on-site.

• Track daily engagement metrics and contribute to overall campaign performance reviews.

• Mentor and onboard junior team members as you advance through leadership development tiers.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation capabilities.

• Natural leadership qualities, high emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.

• Degree or background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality is preferred but not required.
