Quality Assurance QA / QC

Salary: up to $4,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

We are a Precision Engineering company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented QA / Quality Assurance staff to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and measurement using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
• Prepare QC inspection reports and quality documentation
• Reply to NCR (Customer Non-Conformance Report) and customer quality-related issues
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly in english
• Maintain proper quality records and handle ISO-related paperwork and documentation
• Review and improve existing QC processes and procedures
• Work with production to identify quality issues and implement improvements
• Carry out other QA/QC duties related to precision engineering

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) or Malaysian
• Experience in QA/QC + Knowledge of CMM
• Good and fluent English, both written and spoken
• Able to write clear QC reports and handle customer correspondence
• Experience handling ISO documentation/paperwork is preferred
• Able to handle customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Basic knowledge of surface treatment processes such as anodizing, plating, passivation, etc.
• Good understanding of quality control and inspection procedures
• Able to identify problems and suggest improvements to existing QC processes
• Responsible, independent and detail-oriented
