LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Logistics Operations Executive Description

We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Operations Executive to coordinate our daily warehouse, fleet and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily delivery routes, vehicle allocation and driver schedules.
• Coordinate order picking, loading and dispatch warehouses.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse, sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays, breakdowns, rejected goods and other operational issues.
• Manage delivery documentation, proof of delivery, returns and stock movements.
• Coordinate incoming containers, transporters and warehouse receiving activities.
• Maintain operational records in SAP Business One/WMS and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, fleet or warehouse operations.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work hands-on in a fast-paced fresh-produce environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP Business One or WMS experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery route planning is preferred.
• Experience in food distribution or fresh produce is an advantage.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
