🚨 URGENT HIRING – Operations & Production Admin
📍 Location: Changi South
💰 Salary: Up to $2600/month
🗓️ 5 Days Work Week (Mon to Fri)
⏰ 8.45am – 5.45pm
👤 Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only

We are hiring an Operations & Production Admin to support the day-to-day operations of an established multinational company in the electronics and technology industry.

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations and administrative activities
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports
• Maintain and monitor administrative inventory and stock levels
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits
• Coordinate general procurement matters and liaise with the Finance team
• Maintain employee attendance records
• Assist with new employee onboarding and related administrative arrangements
• Monitor general site facilities such as water dispensers, lockers and other workplace facilities
• Maintain records for safety equipment such as first aid kits and fire extinguishers
• Escalate safety or environmental issues to the Site Manager when required
• Support occasional hands-on/manual tasks related to site operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience in operations/admin support, production coordination, inventory or reporting will be an advantage
• Minimum O-Level or equivalent
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Comfortable handling Excel, reports, records and inventory
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a site/operations environment and handling occasional hands-on tasks
• Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
