We are actively expanding our regional presence and seeking a high-performing Technical Integration Consultant based in Singapore.

This role is critical in driving seamless system-to-system integrations between our core HRMS platform and clients’ global enterprise HR ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle). You will sit at the intersection of technical execution and direct client interaction, serving as a trusted technical advisor across Singapore, Malaysia, and extended regional markets.

about the job

• Partner directly with HR leads and client IT teams to translate complex business requirements into technical integration specifications, data mappings, and scope agreements.
• Hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of RESTful/SOAP APIs using Postman. Build and maintain clean, secure data flows (API, flat-file, middleware) across platforms.
• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and validation during implementation phases.
• Communicate effectively with key business decision-makers, internal product teams, and technical engineers.
• Guide clients through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and hypercare post-go-live support.

skills and experience required

Practical proficiency with SQL (writing/troubleshooting queries) and hands-on experience using Postman for API testing, response validation, and data inspection.

Proven track record in a client-facing consulting, business analysis, or technical implementation role. High level of comfort leading technical discovery workshops and managing external stakeholders.

Ability to manage integration projects across multiple geographies (SG, MY, and broader APAC) with adaptability and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
