SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily seafood processing and production operations.

• Lead and manage production staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

• Monitor seafood processing, packaging, and storage to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety requirements.

• Monitor stock, materials, and production schedules.

• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the production area.

• Prepare production reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in seafood processing, food manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
