Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to create detailed drawings for residential and commercial interior projects, translating design concepts into accurate plans and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings to support interior design projects
• Convert design concepts, sketches, and site measurements into precise technical drawings
• Assist designers in developing space planning and design layouts for residential and commercial projects
• Produce drawings for client presentations, quotations, and project coordination purposes
• Revise drawings promptly based on design updates, client feedback, or site conditions
• Coordinate effectively with designers, project managers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project alignment
• Verify accuracy of drawings by checking measurements, layouts, and details before submission
• Conduct site measurements when required to capture accurate spatial data

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and drawing preparation
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, or other rendering software to enhance visual presentations
• Experience working on residential or commercial interior design projects
• Strong sense of space planning, design layout, and attention to interior details
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and care
• Effective communication and coordination skills within a team environment
