Order Processing Coordinator [MNC, 5 days, Tuas]

Job Scope

• Plan and coordinate daily sawing schedules to support production requirements
• Ensure timely closure of daily production work orders
• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to meet operational needs
• Assist the Shipping team in managing day-to-day logistics activities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Processing Manager
• Provide support to the Director of Operations on assigned tasks
• Handle general shipping documentation and administrative duties
• Perform inventory-related processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• At least GCE N Level or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
