We’re looking for a highly enthusiastic Tour Consultant to promote and arrange travel solutions for individual and corporate clients. You’ll help clients achieve unforgettable travel experiences while building strong, lasting relationships.

Job Description:

• Recommend travel packages tailored to clients' preferences
• Provide detailed travel itineraries and information
• Handle sales, payments, pre-departure briefings, and some admin tasks
• Follow up on feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Attend travel fairs, expos, and promotional events
• Keep up to date with travel trends and destination knowledge
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  
  Requirements
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong desire to achieve, resilient, and proactive
• Strong sales skills and customer-centric mindset
• Effective communication and persuasive presentation skills
• Prior experience in travel or sales is an advantage
• Sales/customer service/cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus (but not a must)
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated by results
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Fast learner, comfortable with AI tools
