Customer Service Agent (Logistics/Outbound Call); 3 months; Ubi

• Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative

• Engage and encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operational activities.
• Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date.
• Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed, including covering for the installation team.
• Perform basic data entry and system updates.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level qualification, with relevant work experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• comfortable with occasional hands-on work.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn and use new systems and applications.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
