Trading executive

G Ocean Trading Pte Ltd trades and supplies marine petroleum products in Southeast Asian markets. It manages a fleet of oil product tankers. It is currently expanding its team and invites suitable candidates to apply for the position of “Trading Executive”.

Key responsibilities:

a) To support sales and purchases of marine petroleum products, including maintaining the inventory and costs data

b) To liaise with internal/external partners to see through shipment operations, and pre-empt possible logistical and commercial risks

Requirements:

- Mature, meticulous and highly organised

- Aptitude in mathematics and data mining

- Extrovert, cheerful and eager to learn

- Genuine interest in the energy and shipping industry

- Able to handle high stress and fast moving environment

- Able to work adhoc irregular working hours when need arises

- Independent yet a team player

Other information:

- Location : Lavender (7 minutes’ walk from Lavender MRT, and 4 minutes’ walk from Bendemeer MRT)

- Working hours : Mon-Fri (1030-1930h), Sat (when required)

- Salary range : SGD 3,300 to 4,500 depending on qualifications and experience
