Sales Manager – Marine Industry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in the marine industry to join our team. You will be responsible for developing sales plans, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Salary: From SGD 4,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director.

• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to achieve business objectives.

• Manage the sales pipeline and track sales opportunities.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Address escalated customer service issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

About you

• Diploma in Engineering or a higher relevant qualification.

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the marine industry.

• Strong industry relationships and an established network of contacts.

• Strong technical knowledge and presentation skills.

• Effective negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• A valid driving licence.
