RTO (C+S) and (Arch)

For the upgrading of existing 4-Storey nursing home at Yishun.

Contract Duration: (10 months approximately)

Brief Project Scope: Piling Works, Erection of New Lift Shafts, construction of a single storey building, toilet and wards renovations, building extension at all levels.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the Supervision and Site Co-ordination to ensure the project confirms with specifications.

2) Monitor work progress on Site and report to Architect and PE (Civil) on a regular basis.

3) Ensure that the required standards of Quality are maintained.

4) Keep up to date all documents required at Site.

5) Attend all Site, progress and co-ordination meetings.

6) Assisting Consultant in co-ordination and addressing site matters.

7) Supervision and witnessing all T&C, including waterproofing, tiling and quality of all building works.

Requirements:

1) Degree/Diploma/Certification recognized by BCA/IES/ACES for Registration for Resident Technical Officer (RTO).

2) Recognized RTO certification by IES/ACES.

3) Minimum 5 Years on site experience in Building Services in the supervision of Sub and Superstructure Works.

4) Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, and Autocad.

5) Project-Oriented, Good Communication and interpersonal Skills, knowledge of relevant Authorities’ requirements, rules, standards and regulations.

6) Able to start work on immediate basis.
