Job Description

• Position Title: Site Coordinator / Assistant Engineer
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,800 + Mobile Allowance $30 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, work schedules, and material deliveries.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants on project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Track work progress and maintain project records.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work permits, inspection records, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure proper filing and control of project-related documents.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and logistics activities.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards and project requirements.
• Support workplace safety procedures, participate in inspections, and report site issues.
• Assist in manpower coordination, attendance tracking, and monitoring material usage.
• Perform other project-related tasks assigned by management.

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in construction, M&E, industrial, or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Experience as technician or site coordination role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
