Community Safety Risk Strategy Product Manager - TikTok BRIC - Singapore

By joining the BRIC (Business Risk Integrity Control) team, you will work in one of the industry's most challenging risk environments, where massive scale, high concurrency, evolving abuse patterns and global adversarial ecosystems continuously reshape the landscape.

You will build the next generation of intelligent, data-driven risk defense systems, combining strategy, product thinking and AI to safeguard the health of the global content ecosystem and continuously raise the industry's standard for risk governance.

Responsibilities:

- Drive community safety risk initiatives by proactively identifying emerging risks, breaking down business objectives into scalable strategy solutions, and continuously improving the health of the global content ecosystem.

- Develop deep expertise in community risk governance by analyzing multi-dimensional signals including user behavior, content assets, graph relationships, device intelligence and user feedback to identify abuse patterns, uncover malicious networks and build automated risk detection and mitigation strategies.

- Design forward-looking, data-driven product strategies that continuously evolve risk defense capabilities, balancing risk prevention, user experience and business growth across diverse global markets.

- Build intelligent, scalable and reusable risk strategy capabilities that can be rapidly adapted across different products, business scenarios and emerging abuse patterns.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve the end-to-end risk intelligence framework covering risk perception, feature mining, detection, decision making, intervention, governance and continuous strategy optimization.

- Explore and build AI Agent powered risk defense systems, leveraging large language models and autonomous workflows to enable automated risk investigation, automated content review, automated strategy generation, intelligent feature mining, defense policy deployment, appeal processing and continuous strategy evolution.

- Work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, operations, algorithm, security and data science teams to efficiently resolve large-scale online risk challenges and continuously strengthen the global risk governance ecosystem.

- Continuously monitor emerging global abuse trends, adversarial techniques and evolving ecosystem risks, including but not limited to fraud, scams, spam, fake engagement, abusive behaviors, content manipulation, coordinated malicious activities and other sophisticated abuse patterns.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or other related disciplines are preferred.

- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex business problems into scalable strategy solutions.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.

- Prior experience in internet products, risk strategy, content safety, fraud prevention, trust and integrity, security, recommendation systems or related domains is a plus.

- Strong curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand emerging abuse patterns and continuously optimize risk strategies through data-driven insights.

- Passion for solving large-scale, ambiguous and evolving adversarial problems, with a strong sense of responsibility, execution and long-term systems thinking.
