Junior HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop their HR skills, and grow within a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Assist with training and development activities
• Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations
• Assist the Director with ad-hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and face-to-face
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior HR experience are welcome to apply
