About this job

Key Responsibilities

Develop, code, enhance, and maintain software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs.

Develop the system in line with security standards, HR requirements, and company policies.

Ensure secure coding, access control, and protection of HR data.

Test and implement system changes and enhancements.

Translate business and HR requirements into technical solutions.

Maintain source code and technical documentation.

Qualification & Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience in software development, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Experience in developing or implementing HR systems is an advantage.

Ability to understand and translate HR/business requirements into system solutions.

Knowledge of secure coding, access control, and data protection

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
