Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport & Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and develop key accounts within the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and other industrial sectors to support the company's growth in Singapore.
• Handling technical sales support and provide advice to clients to promote electrical products and identify business opportunities.
• Execute the full spectrum of sales process to maintain and expand customer bases.
• Achieve or exceed sales target and gross margin goals with designated accounts.
• Identify the specific technical needs of customers while gathering commercial and competitive insights for each account.
• Build effective, long-lasting relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
• Acquire excellent level understanding of products, the electrical goods market, as well as the competitors.

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience with industrial clients.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Preferably with good knowledge of electrical products.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
