The Experience You Will Create

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence and genuine attentiveness
• Offer personalized consultations and thoughtfully recommend products suited to each client’s needs and lifestyle
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, formulations, ingredients, benefits and application techniques
• Create a seamless and memorable beauty journey from consultation through to purchase
• Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and thoughtful follow-up
• Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of client experience
• Ensure every transaction, exchange and purchase is handled with accuracy, discretion and professionalism
• Maintain the elegance and presentation of the boutique in accordance with brand standards
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Contribute to the smooth and seamless operation of the boutique

• Previous experience in prestige beauty, skincare, cosmetics or luxury retail is preferred
• A willingness to learn and develop strong product and beauty expertise; training will be provided
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
