OP3 - Family Services/ Management

Location: Thomson Area (Near Caldecott MRT)

Headcount: 2-3

Period: 1 Year

Salary: $3340/Mth

Job Description:

(a) Data, Tech and Systems Development

• Work closely with other divisions and sector partners to develop the next generation system for holistic family services service delivery
• Pilot tech and AI tools with service providers ​
• Study ops data workflows
• Generate ops data ​

(b) Capability Building​

• Develop and implement initiatives to build capabilities of service providers ​
• Develop, review and implement competency frameworks and manpower strategies to support service providers in specific sub-sectors

(c)Partnership and Engagement

• Implement engagement and change management platforms, handle event logistics

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably experience in social work in youth, family or protection settings and/or experience in change management for tech adoption and system development
• Good data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Keen interest to leverage on tech and data
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
