CAD DRAFTER

• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Responsible to collect all drawings, data, and taking notes involved in a tender or project, draft layout plans, draft construction drawings (specifying dimensions, codes, production methods, and materials) as well as site survey at the beginning stage.
• Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Section Heads / Leads
• Assist in preparation of progress claim, final account quantity check and submission, etc
• Preparing tender and contract documents, project drawings, as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards
• Carry out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and report
• Collaborate with designer and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
• Able to produce quality 2D/ 3D drawings from scratch using CAD/ Sketch up software.
• Must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight this to the team.
• Prepare drawing schedule and update on revision drawing number promptly.
• Good time management and planning
• Meticulous and able to work independently as well as a team player

Requirement:-

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 3 years experience (Prefer in waterproofing /civil Project)
• Able to work as a team
• Responsible, detail & careful Attitude
• Good in microsoft office, CAD
