Dental Clinic Operations (5.5 Days | up to $3,800 base + AWS + PB + VB)

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinic Manager in the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Build strong relationships with patients by guiding them through consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up appointments
• Coordinate treatment schedules, surgeries, and appointments in collaboration with the dental team
• Explain treatment plans, payment options, and available financing solutions to patients with professionalism and empathy
• Follow up on enquiries and prospective patients to support appointment conversions and ongoing patient engagement
• Manage front office operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection
• Process Medisave, CHAS, insurance claims, and maintain accurate patient records within the clinic management system
• Deliver a high standard of patient care while assisting with administrative and operational duties to support the overall success of the clinic

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
• Experience in dental, healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments will be advantageous
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
