We are currently working on a newly created brand leadership mandate sponsored at the leadership level with a well-established Singapore-based consumer related organisation that is embarking on an important next phase of its brand evolution.

The opportunity is broader than a traditional Head of Brand role. Leading a team, the successful candidate will shape the organisation’s corporate brand strategy, major campaigns, audience engagement and large-scale brand activations, while influencing how its portfolio of brands connects with audiences.

A key part of the mandate is to rethink how the organisation builds relevance and affinity beyond conventional channels, bringing together brand storytelling, physical experiences, strategic partnerships and major public-facing initiatives to create greater impact and brand love.

We are looking for an experienced brand leader, typically with 12+ years of experience, who combines strategic depth with strong creative judgement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex organisation. Experience across technology, consumer, media platforms or other highly consumer-facing businesses would be particularly relevant. Some exposure towards public or government sector will also be helpful.

What makes this interesting is that the agenda is not fully written yet. This is an opportunity to shape the strategy, build the playbook and leave a visible mark on a well-established brand ecosystem.
