Job Summary

🏥 Working Location: One North

🕒 Working Hours:

Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Leads to identify the manpower requirements (both specialists and non-specialists) and formulate proactive resourcing strategies
• Work in partnership with Protem CMB Office and various stakeholders on the nesting, deployment, and practising registration for the Medical team
• Work closely with the Protem CMB and HR, Learning & Development on the Health Manpower Development Plan, its related fellowships, and leadership programmes for the Medical team
• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, legislation, manpower planning relating to the Medical team
  

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or its related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering with proven record in talent acquisition
