Store Manager

Responsibilities:

● Lead by example on the sales floorto train team members deliver on sales targets and key KPI’s such as RetailPerformance & Operations: Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management,Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention

● Determine and communicatepriorities to the team on a daily basis through the daily sales plan. Managingdaily, weekly and monthly sales operations

● Maintain outstanding storecondition and execute visual merchandising brief in a timely and effectivemanner in accordance with company expectations

● Maintain store administration andensure compliance with policies and procedures

● Ensure high levels of customerssatisfaction through excellent service

● Be aware of and ensure safetystandards are always a priority

● Collaborate closely with all otherfunctional team leads

● Provide regular feedback to teammembers to support their individual development and team performance

● Oversee general storeadministration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, includinggoods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing

Requirements:

● At least 5-7 years of relevantexperience

● Passion in customer service

● An interest in Fashion and Retail

● Strong leadership skills

● Thrive on problem solving

● A desire to make a difference

● Excellent time management skills

● Ability to work well within a team

● Excellent interpersonal andcommunications skills with the ability to build a team and maintain strongrelationships at all levels of the business.

● Excellent organizational skills,with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines

● Ability to work a flexibleschedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.
