Primary responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with enterprises, universities, training providers and government-linked organisations in Mainland China.
- Identify new business opportunities for AI, digital transformation and corporate training programmes.
- Build and manage a network of corporate clients across China.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade missions and business networking events.
- Conduct market research on China's training and AI sectors.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate localisation of programmes for the China market.
- Work with the Singapore management team to execute the company's regional expansion strategy.
- Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports and business development plans.
- Achieve regional sales and partnership KPIs.
