Associate/AVP, Investment Banking and Advisory - Equity Capital Markets

The selected candidate will be part of our real estate investment banking & advisory and equity capital markets team which assists corporate clients in meeting their strategic and financial objectives. The candidate will be involved in equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, leverage finance and financial advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitchbooks and presentation materials used in client meetings.
• Transaction execution management, from the pitch phase through to closing and involve in work streams such as due diligence, documentation, coordinating with various professionals etc.
• Build, review and edit financial models and valuation analysis.
• Support and manage the execution of equity offerings.
• Track macroeconomic developments and capital markets activities.
• Manage investor outreach, roadshows, order book building and allocation process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ECM, or at least 3 years of experience in equity sales or equity research.
• Outstanding academic record with a degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance from a premier university.
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities.
• High degree of proficiency in financial modelling.
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent inter-personal skills.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Dedicated team player.
