Relationship Manager (Family Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Acquire high-net-worth clients and achieve assets under management (AUM). Perform on-boarding of clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main contact for wealthy clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized solutions.

• Wealth Management & Investment Advice: Developing and executing investment strategies tailored to client risk tolerance, including asset allocation across stocks, bonds, and alternatives. Advise clients on their personal financial needs and objectives by analysing their financial needs and objectives, recommend financial solutions, execute clients' instructions and address queries, concerns and issues on their existing banking and financial transactions.

• Financial Planning: Providing comprehensive services including trust services, philanthropic planning, and estate planning.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all transactions adhere to company and internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Experience: Proven experience and track record in client management or relationship banking
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS) are often required or highly valued.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with strong financial acumen.
