Course Executive/Senior Executive

· Support membership events (e.g.industry conferences and awards), including but not limited to eventregistration, cold calling, payment collection, and on-site facilitation

· Assist with membershipcommunications, including content creation for membership e-bulletins, surveys,and announcements

· Maintain and update themembership database

· Assistwith publicity of real estate related courses through various communication channels

· Manageend-to-end coordination and liaise with course trainers and participants toensure seamless execution

· Assistwith course registration process and attend to course participants’ queries

· Communicateimportant course information, updates, and announcements to participants

· Scheduleand organize course logistics including venues, materials, equipment, Zoom, etc

· Maintainaccurate and organized records of participant attendance, assessments, andfeedback

· Prepareand distribute certificates of completion and other relevant documentation

· Prepareand submit attendance & statistical reports to management or relevantauthorities

Requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask

· Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

· Familiar with AI tools such asChatGPT, Canva for creating presentations, posters and marketing materials.

· Social media marketing skills are an advantage

· Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply
