-NEW- 6 Months Executive Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end refund operations, including customer communications, status updates and resolution of refund requests.

· Coordinate with third-party service providers to validate wallet balances, extract refund data and support automated refund processing and reconciliation.

· Liaise with Accounts Payable (AP) on manual refund submissions and payment status tracking.

· Monitor refund requests throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

· Prepare and process weekly refund batches, as well as regular operational reports on pending, failed and incomplete refunds.

· Proactively follow up on outstanding cases and drive closure of the refund programme, minimising unresolved cases and wallet balances.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diplomain a related discipline

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
