At Playlab Events, we create memorable experiences through corporate events, carnivals, family days, roadshows, community events, and brand activations across Singapore.

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Events Assistants / Events Crew. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in event operations, guest engagement, logistics coordination, and on-site execution.

Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, preparation, and execution of various events and activations. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth event delivery and an enjoyable experience for clients and guests.

What You'll Do

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site operations.

• Support logistics planning, equipment preparation, and inventory management.

• Coordinate event materials, vendors, and manpower where required.

• Manage registration counters and guest engagement activities.

• Operate and supervise event games, inflatables, arcade machines, and activity stations.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests throughout events.

• Support photography, social media content creation, and event documentation.

• Assist with post-event packing, reporting, and feedback collection.

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Subject to weekly roster and event schedules.

• Additional hours may be required during event setup and event days.
