Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer architects to understand requirements and design tailored WAN/LAN and security solutions.

• Attend weekly customer meetings to track progress and ensure design implementation aligns with expectations and timelines.

• Develop detailed network designs (WAN, LAN, routing, security) and oversee implementation.

• Drive end-to-end delivery, from architecture through deployment and testing.

• Participate in the Design Council (internal and external) to review architecture, assess feasibility, and validate solutions through testing.

• Support RFPs and pre-sales efforts, ensuring ESP’s capabilities address both Day 1 (setup) and Day 2 (operations).

• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to address design challenges and align on best practices.

• Contribute to reusable frameworks, playbooks, and processes to improve consistency and scalability.

• Ensure solutions are robust, secure, and scalable, meeting customer performance and availability requirements.

• Provide insights on Day 1 → Day 2 processes, ensuring smooth transitions into operational support.

• Be prepared to attend weekly calls outside of business hours when required to support global or regional customers.

• Provide on-call support during weekends or public holidays for critical escalations or coverage, ensuring minimal customer impact.

• Participate in RCA/RFO and to be presented to customer and internal management team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with 4 to 6 years proven experience in network design and delivery, with strong expertise in WAN, LAN, routing, and security Cloud and Automation.

• Strong understanding of network security,cloud,automation principles, frameworks, and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex network design deployments and operations.

• Exceptional presentation skills for both customer engagements and internal management discussions.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and organizations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with Day 1 delivery and Day 2 operations processes is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on solution feasibility and long-term supportability.

• Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, weekends, or public holidays when business-critical escalations require support
