Job Summary

• Job Title: Process Technician, Line Technology

• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 8AM–8PM / 8PM–8AM

• Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 rotating pattern

• Shift: Permanent Day or Permanent Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring critical product parameters to maintain product quality and yield.

• Reviewing daily product capability and performance to identify potential process issues.

• Taking early preventive and containment actions when in-process excursions occur.

• Preparing in-process yield reports and conducting loss analysis.

• Reviewing and handling final product material disposition according to requirements.

• Detecting and reporting abnormal losses, defects, and process deviations in a timely manner.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and stable production operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Science.

• Willing to work 12-hour permanent day or night shifts.

• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
