Recruitment & HR Administration

1. Use the most efficient, cost-effective candidate sources to fill positions, including, but not limited to, searches and postings on various career posting websites such as LinkedIn, referrals, participation in job fairs and industry conferences/users’ groups, direct sourcing, and other network referrals.
2. Identify and utilize recruitment channels, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable manpower pipeline.
3. Manage the recruitment process, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection, interview, offer management, and other pre-hiring activities.
4. Perform reference checks for candidates.
5. Documentation preparation for onboarding and offboarding.
6. Administer Work Pass & PLRD applications, renewals, and cancellations.
7. Conduct new employee onboarding and training.
8. Conduct exit interviews and clearance for leavers.
9. Handle and conduct case inquiry and investigation.
10. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports, including HR reports and meeting-related materials.
11. Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances.
12. Support in yearly SACE, ISO, and internal/external audits.
13. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
