Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is essential in ensuring the operation is seamless hence allowing us to deliver on our promises to clients. This position serves as the backbone of our sales and project operations, offering essential sales support functions—ranging from drafting quotations to preparing tender submissions—while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Job scope:

• Sales Support & Documentation: Prepare, format, and issue accurate sales quotations and order acknowledgements in a timely manner.
• Tender Management: Assist in compiling, organizing, and submitting complete tender documents, ensuring all compliance and deadline requirements are strictly met.
• Project Coordination: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, tracking milestones, updating logs, and organizing project files.
• Customer Service: Act as a courteous and responsive point of contact for client inquiries, following up on orders and building positive relationships.
• Meticulous Record-Keeping: Maintain organized digital filing systems for all quotations, tenders, contracts, and customer correspondence with high accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’/ ‘A’ levels. Diploma in Biotechnology, Business Administration or Accounting will be advantage
• With 1-2 years of administrative support experience
