• Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent
• Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols
• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Accountancy
