Project Manager

- In all aspect of project follow up such as material planning, logistic and transportation coordination etc.

- Supervise and monitor all site work

- Liaise, prepare and coordinate project schedule with sub-contractors and ensure work progress meet schedule

- Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor

- Experience in project management, coordination, budget control & handling of necessary submissions to relevant authorities / landlords etc.

- Updating and report on project progress

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
