Factory Receptionist cum General Worker

1. 前台登记
   负责记录进出厂区的车辆与访客人员信息，核验登记证件。
   Front Desk Duties: Record and register incoming and outgoing vehicles and visitors, verify identification.

2. 简单巡查
   定时在厂区内走动，检查消防设施、设备状态，确保环境整洁和设施正常运行。
   Factory Patrol: Conduct routine checks around the factory premises, inspect fire equipment and facility status, ensure cleanliness and normal operation.

3. 厂区环境维护
   负责厂区主干道及公共区域的卫生清扫，保持路面无杂物；同时负责绿化带的日常养护，包括浇水、除草、修剪枝叶，清理垄沟等。
   Factory Environment Maintenance : Clean and maintain the main roads and public areas to keep them free of debris; perform daily landscaping care, including watering, weeding, pruning, and general greenery upkeep.

4. 协助管理层交办的其他日常工厂支持性事务
   如文件传递、物资搬运、临时杂物处理等。
   General Support: Assist with other day-to-day support tasks as assigned by management, such as document delivery, material handling, and ad-hoc errands.

Requirements

• Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.

• 仅限 新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）。

• No Security Officer licence required.

• 无需 Security Officer 执照。

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

• 责任心强，能独立值班，适合长期稳定工作。

• Prior experience in factory attendant or similar roles will be an advantage.

• 有工厂值守或相关经验者优先。

• Good command of both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• 会英文和华语方便沟通

• Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred

• 可以尽快入职者优先
