Key Responsibilities

Instruction: Teach a regular schedule of private Pilates sessions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and technique.

Client Retention: Build and nurture a dedicated client base, focusing on long-term client retention and providing exceptional, personalised service.

Sales & Scheduling: Actively consult with clients on packages, memberships, and progression plans.

Mentorship: Potentially assist in basic shadowing or onboarding of new instructors on studio equipment and client flow.

SOP: Adhere to studio SOPs for session preparation, client check-ins, and post-session protocols. Perform basic housekeeping duties, including maintaining clean and organised equipment, studios, and common areas

What We Are Looking For (Requirement)

• Full-time availability only
• No prior pilates experience required—just a strong desire to learn
• Background in fitness, yoga, or customer service is a plus
• Friendly, curious, and passionate about wellness
• Willing to undergo luluto's post-hire training
• As a Full Time employee of luluto it is expected that the Full Time Instructor is an exclusive employee of luluto.
