Management Associate – Operations (Private Wealth)

Position Overview

LOOK CAPITAL is looking for a Management Associate to join our OCFO Operations Team.

This is an early-career opportunity offering hands-on exposure to private wealth, client onboarding, account opening, trade execution, client services and investment operations within a multi-family office environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical experience across different functions.

We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in financial markets and wealth management. Opportunities to take on broader responsibilities will grow with your capabilities and the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening, KYC and documentation review.
• Assist in trade execution, order monitoring and post-trade follow-up.
• Handle day-to-day client operational requests and account maintenance.
• Maintain accurate client records and operational data across internal systems.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Custodians and external counterparties.
• Support client events and cross-functional initiatives when required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Internship or prior exposure to private banking, wealth management, asset management, fund operations, KYC or financial services are advantageous.
• Strong interest in private wealth and investment operations.
• Highly meticulous and patient, capable of carefully checking and verifying materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with clients and counterparties across the region.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• AI literacy (e.g. ChatGPT, Excel automation, workflow tools) is a plus.
• Experience in similar capacity or finance industry is preferred.
