Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create fragrances for fabric care products (e.g. detergents and fabric softeners).
• Perform fragrance matching and create new fragrance formulations based on customer requirements.
• Optimise fragrance performance, stability, and compatibility with product formulations.
• Analyse competitor fragrances using GCMS and develop matching or improved formulations.
• Work closely with the Evaluation and R&D teams on product testing and performance evaluation.
• Present fragrance concepts and technical solutions to customers.
• Ensure fragrance formulations comply with IFRA standards and customer specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Graduate of a recognised Perfumery School or possess formal perfumery training.
• Minimum 5 years of fragrance creation experience, preferably in fabric care or personal care products.
• Hands-on experience in fragrance matching and fragrance creation.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, formulation, and optimisation.
• Proficient in GCMS interpretation and fragrance analysis.
• Good understanding of fragrance stability and performance in consumer products.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
