Full Time Part Time Supermarket Store Merchandiser

Merchandiser (Expected SGD $1,500 –SGD $2,500 per month) (5 working days per week)

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of category and merchandising across retail stores.
• Accompany and support the drivers on delivery and merchandising for the retailers.
• Support category-related initiatives, including new product launches, promotional campaigns, assortment reviews, and store revamps.
• Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders on maintaining accurate order quantity, inventory control and display.
• Monitor stock levels and sales performance, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Generate invoices after completion of delivery.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with both internal / external stockholders, customers and team members.
• Monitoring expiry dates & shelf lives of products.
• Stacking, displaying & replenishment of products on the shelves.
• Preform adhoc task given by the management or superior to benefit the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, merchandising within a multi-category environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic negotiation and customer management capabilities.
• A collaborative team player who is organised, hands-on, and execution focused.
• Service, able to communicate and a team player.
• Provide prompt, helpful & courteous service to customers at all times
