Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute projects accurately from provided drawings to meet design specifications
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within established timelines to ensure on-time completion
• Collaborate with design teams to recommend appropriate plant species and site designs that meet project requirements
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and handle claims to maintain financial targets
• Generate detailed project progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders
• Lead and manage project teams effectively, facilitating site meetings with end users and main contractors to align project goals
• Source and procure required plant species or identify suitable alternative replacements when original species are unavailable
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to foster a productive work environment
