Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth running of site operations
• Monitor work progress at sites
• Attend to all logistical matters
• Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project
• Manage and monitor subcontractors’ work progress
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in building works projects
• Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM)
• Certificate in bizSAFE Level 2 : Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan
• Certificate in Managing Work At Height
