Contract Role

💰 Salary & Benefits:
Up to $4,500 (based on experience)

📅 Contract: 1 year
⏰ Shift: 3/2/2/3 rotating (12-hour day/night)

🔬 Key Responsibilities:
• Execute upstream (cell culture) & downstream (purification) operations
• Operate manufacturing equipment & monitor process parameters
• Perform sampling, pH, conductivity testing
• Maintain accurate records in EBM & batch documentation
• Apply aseptic techniques in GMP environment
• Troubleshoot deviations & support process improvements
• Ensure full compliance with GMP & safety standards

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Prior experience in pharma / biologics / GMP manufacturing
✔ Comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts
✔ Strong understanding of SOP adherence & batch documentation
