Sales Manager ($4,000 base + $800 transport + Incentives )

• starting base at $4,000 but adjustment after probation to $5,000 is possible after attaining sales targets.
• only candidates from either thermal paper or printing industry need apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sales team by setting clear priorities, aligning responsibilities, and ensuring consistent execution of sales activities.
• Develop and execute sales plans for assigned products, customer segments, and markets to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Drive sales of thermal paper, printing-related products, or solutions by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable offerings.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and customer activity through regular reviews, analysis, and coaching.
• Manage quotations, pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract-related matters in accordance with company guidelines.
• Conduct customer visits and maintain active engagement with key decision-makers to identify upcoming requirements and opportunities.
• Represent the business at relevant industry events, exhibitions, customer engagements, and other market-facing activities.

Requirements

• Prior B2B sales experience specifically within the thermal paper or printing industry is required.
• Proven ability to develop new business while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Experience leading, supervising, or supporting the performance of a sales team will be advantageous.
• Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills with the confidence to engage customers and key decision-makers.
• Target-driven and comfortable analysing sales performance, managing pipelines, and adapting sales activities to achieve results.
