Retail Outlet Supervisor (6 days work week)

Our client is a growing organisation in the retail services industry. As part of their business growth, they are looking for an Retail Outlet Supervisor to support outlet operations, sales activities and team development. They are located in the Central area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor sales performance, customer trends and feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Oversee daily retail outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sales performance and overall outlet operations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor store budgets, sales records and operational expenses.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer trends and outlet profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Retailing / Business Administration or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership, team management and customer service skills.
• Customer-focused with a good understanding of retail and business operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
