About this job

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for inpatient ward patients.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Ensure safe and quality delivery of nursing care.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications and treatments.
  • Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Support the Nurse Manager with ward operations and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Practising Certificate.
  • Able to work 3 rotating shifts
  • Past experience in ward will be an advantage
