Accounts Assistant (Accounting Firm)

· Handle full set of accounts including GL and Reporting and monthly/yearly closing.

· Preparation of quarterly GST submission.

· For book keeping accounts. Record and classify allaccounting transactions. Make sure correct accounts, posts, verifies andbalances debit and credit entries. Manage accurate and timely closing of booksfor the monthly and yearly. Liaise directly with clients to gather accountingdocuments and resolve queries

· Check accounting transactions to locate and resolvediscrepancies.

· To identify improvement areas and develop good accountingcontrol procedures and best practice to enhance accounting quality andefficiency Keep accurate records.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by accountsmanager.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, LCCI, Degreein Accountancy, ACCA Level 2, or an equivalent qualification.

2. Relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts isan advantage.

3. Experience with Xero and QuickBooks accounting softwareis preferred.

4. Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
